My work is about exploring the logic and organisational systems underlying our architectural and urban world. It encompasses anything from the fundamental concepts we have of our houses, the way we arrange our spaces, the functionality of our buildings, to the rules of social interactions we imprint on our physical surroundings.

By revealing and analysing the invisible dimensions, I seek to extract the fundamental formulae and parameters that govern the eventual form of our physical environment. Then, through a process of proposing questions, redefining the fundamental concepts, and rearranging the spatial organisation, the goal is to construct an alternative solution.

The end result may lead to a new understanding of an existing situation or a new approach that can improve an existing problem. But ultimately, as Richard Feynman put it, ‘it is to take the world from another point of view!’
